NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETINGS

UNDER THE OPEN MEETINGS LAW

GREENE TOBACCO ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION

     The Sole Member and the Board of Directors of the Greene Tobacco Asset Securitization Corporation will be conducting it's annual meeting at 10:30 a.m. on October 17, 2008 at 411 Main Street, Catskill, New York.  These meetings are annual meetings.  This notice is given in order to comply with the Open Meetings Law.  The meeting will be held in Room 430.
