The best at what??? It’s the best at keeping you protected from pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections, including HIV.
Abstinence is the only 100% effective method of preventing pregnancy. It is also the only 100% effective method of preventing the transmission of sexually transmitted infections, including HIV.
