Insurances Accepted

If you have insurance please read the following:

We accept many private insurance plans. When you call to make an appointment please tell us if you  have insurance and what insurance plan you have. We will then be able to tell you if we accept that plan.

Women: Some insurance plans require that you call your insurance plan before your visit here and list us as your gynecological (woman's health care) provider.

Men and Women: Some plans require you to get a referral from your primary provider. We will be glad to help you but it is advised that you check with your insurance plan yourself. Your card should have a member services phone number on the back of it. Call that number and ask if you need to list us as your gynecological provider (woman's health care) and if you need a referral from your primary health care provider. Teens please read: If you are a minor (meaning you are not 18 years old or older) who is covered under insurance that your parents have but you are requesting confidential care you are not required to use your family's insurance. You may apply for the Family Planning Benefit Program.
